Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Pharmacist in the Infectious Disease Department at P.D Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Mumbai. She works on driving goals of stewardship activities. She is associated with the ICMR initiatives of “Introducing & Implementing the Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) activities in hospitals in India" as well as BioMerieux study on “Utility of the BCID2 panel in promoting AMS activities in a tertiary care centre in India". She has pursued Antimicrobial Stewardship certification by the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists. She has been engaged as a faculty in various AMS trainings to various hospitals in Mumbai and been a speaker at various platforms representing ID Pharmacy and AMS. She has previously worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at
Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune primarily establishing the practice on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She also led the NABH chapter of Management of Medications as well as a chair member in the Clinical Research Ethics Committee during her position as a Clinical Pharmacologist in Medical Administration at Jupiter Lifeline Hospital, Pune.
Dr Sayli is a member of the ID forum of Federation of Clinical Pharmacists in India. She holds overall 7 years of Clinical Pharmacy experience. Since her graduation from PoonaCollege of Pharmacy Pune, she has always been passionate towards this profession and she aims to uplift the Clinical Pharmacy practices across India.
